In a major employment boost for youth across Uttar Pradesh and NCR, Noida International Airport has announced 2,442 vacancies for candidates who have completed Class 10 or Class 12. The recruitment drive comes as the airport prepares to begin operations, marking a crucial step toward operational readiness at one of India’s most ambitious infrastructure projects.
The hiring initiative is expected to generate large-scale employment opportunities, especially for freshers seeking entry into the aviation and logistics sectors without requiring prior technical qualifications.
Ground-Level Jobs Dominate Recruitment Drive
The majority of vacancies are concentrated in ground handling operations, which form the backbone of airport functioning.
The biggest share—1,257 posts—has been allocated to Ground Staff roles. These positions require candidates to have passed Class 12 and fall within the age group of 18 to 30 years. Selected candidates can expect a monthly salary ranging between Rs 25,000 and Rs 35,000.
In addition, 639 positions have been announced for Cargo Executives, also requiring Class 12 qualification with similar age criteria and salary structure.
For candidates with a Class 10 qualification, 546 Loader posts are available. These roles are open only to male applicants aged between 20 and 40 years, offering salaries between ₹15,000 and ₹25,000 per month.
No Experience Needed, Freshers Welcome
One of the most significant aspects of this recruitment drive is its accessibility. The airport authority has clarified that no prior aviation experience or specialised certification is required.
Freshers are eligible to apply, making this an attractive opportunity for young job seekers entering the workforce. Both male and female candidates can apply for most positions, except loader roles, which are restricted to male applicants.
Application Process Fully Online
Candidates must apply through the official portal of the airport. The process involves:
●Registering with a valid email ID and mobile number
●Creating login credentials
●Filling out personal and educational details
●Uploading required documents such as photographs and signatures
●Paying the application fee
Applicants are advised to keep a printed copy of the submitted form for future reference.
The last date to apply is June 15, 2026, and no applications will be accepted after the deadline.

Strategic Hiring Ahead of Airport Launch
The recruitment drive reflects the rapid pace of development at the upcoming airport near Jewar. With flight operations expected to begin soon, authorities are focusing on building a trained workforce to handle passenger services, cargo management, and ground logistics efficiently.
The initiative is also aligned with the growing demand for employment among students completing school education each year, including those clearing supplementary exams.
A Major Employment Push for NCR Youth
With over 2,400 vacancies, this hiring campaign stands out as one of the largest entry-level job opportunities in the region. For many candidates, especially from nearby districts, this could serve as a gateway into the aviation sector and a stable career path.
