उत्तर प्रदेश को एक और एक्सप्रेस-वे मिलने वाला है। भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण (NHAI) ने 500 किलोमीटर लंबे गोरखपुर-शामली एक्सप्रेसवे के लिए विस्तृत परियोजना रिपोर्ट (DPR) तैयार करने के लिए एक सलाहकार नियुक्त किया है। डीपीआर फाइनल होने के बाद ही प्रस्तावित एक्सप्रेस-वे के फाइनल रूट के बारे में पता चलेगा। बताया जा रहा है कि यह संत कबीरनगर, बस्ती और सिद्धार्थ नगर समेत 20 जिलों से होकर गुजरेगा। गोरखपुर से शुरू होने वाला यह तीसरा एक्सप्रेसवे होगा। वर्तमान में क्षेत्र में पूर्वांचल एक्सप्रेस-वे को जोड़ने के लिए लिंक एक्सप्रेस-वे का निर्माण किया जा रहा है। इस लिंक रोड का…
