In a story of unwavering determination and extraordinary grit, Chirantan Honnapura, a student from Bengaluru, has scored an impressive 92% in the ICSE Class 10 board exams, all while bravely battling bone cancer.

Diagnosed at a young age with a rare form of bone cancer, Chirantan underwent intense treatment, including chemotherapy and multiple hospital stays. Despite the physical toll and emotional challenges, he continued his studies with discipline and optimism, never losing sight of his academic goals.

His parents, teachers, and doctors describe him as a fighter with an unshakable spirit, who balanced treatment and textbooks with equal courage. Chirantan’s success story is not just about marks but about resilience, perseverance, and hope.

“I didn’t want cancer to define me. Scoring 92% was my way of proving that I can overcome anything,” Chirantan said after the results were announced.

His story has inspired thousands across India, with education leaders and social media users applauding his mental strength and academic success. Chirantan now dreams of pursuing a career in science and contributing to cancer research.
