NEW DELHI: if you are health conscious and want to keep your body fit. Then here are some numbers that are important for your body and one must remember.

  1. Blood pressure: 120 / 80
  2. Pulse: 70 – 100
  3. Temperature: 36.8 – 37
  4. Respiration: 12-16
  5. Hemoglobin: Males (13.50-18) Females ( 11.50 – 16 )
  6. Cholesterol: between 130 and 200
  1. Potassium: 3.50 – 5
  2. Sodium: 135 – 145
  3. Triglycerides: 220
  4. The amount of blood in the body:

Sugar for kids (70-130) & Adults: 70 – 115

  1. Iron: 8-15 mg

13: 4000 to 11000 white blood cells

  1. Platelets: 150,000 – 400,000
  2. 4.50 to 6 million red blood cells.
  3. Calcium: 8.6 – 10.3 mg/dL
  4. Vitamin D3: 20 – 50 ng/ml (nanograms per milliliter)
  5. Vitamin B12: 200 – 900 pg/ml

Advice for those who are in their 40s, 50s, and 60s

First Advice : Always drink water, even if you don’t feel thirsty or like you need it. Most of the biggest health problems are caused by not drinking enough water. 2.5 litres Minimum per day (24 hours)

Second Advice: Do proper exercise regularly. It’s better to make Yoga a way of life.

Third Advice: Pranayama should be done often. When done right, Pranayama will not only improve your physical health but also your mental health.

Fourth Advice:  Control your diet. Cut down on the amount of food and make it better. Food that is easy to digest is better for your health. If you want to be healthy, a vegetarian diet is better.

Fifth Advice:  Don’t use vehicles unless it is extremely important. Try to get what you want (groceries, visiting someone, etc.) by walking. First go up the stairs, then use the elevator or escalator.

Sixth Advice: Let go of your anger, let go of your anger, let go of your anger.

Don’t put yourself in situations that cause trouble because they all hurt your health and take away the beauty of your soul. Talk to and listen to people who are happy. As much as possible, try not to have any bad thoughts.
