On the occasion of Makar Sankranti, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is set to launch its much-awaited Premium Housing Scheme 2026, offering 582 residential units and parking spaces through an e-auction process across several prime locations in Delhi.
The scheme aims to cater to buyers from all income groups, with flats available under HIG, MIG, LIG, Janta, and EHS categories, along with car and scooter garages.
582 Properties to Be Auctioned
Under this scheme, DDA will auction a total of 582 properties, which include:

●Car and scooter garages in key residential areas
Most of these properties are located in well-developed and premium residential zones, making them attractive for both end-users and investors.
HIG & SFS Flats in Premium Locations
For High Income Group (HIG) buyers, DDA has listed 15 flats in Jasola, each with a reserve price of around Rs2.14 crore.
Flats under the Self Financing Scheme (SFS) will be available in areas such as Rohini, Vasant Kunj, Ghazipur, and Dwarka, with reserve prices ranging between Rs99 lakh and Rs1.21 crore.
MIG Flats for the Middle Class
Middle-income buyers will find multiple options in areas like:

●East of Loni Road
●Jahangirpuri
●Loknayakpuram
●Madipur
●Nand Nagri
●Rohini
The reserve price for MIG flats starts at around Rs 53 lakh and goes up to Rs 1.45 crore, depending on location and size.
LIG, Janta & EHS Categories Included
Affordable housing options have also been included:
LIG flats in Karol Bagh, Dwarka, Rohini, Vikaspuri, Paschim Vihar, and other areas, priced between ₹20 lakh and Rs 1.23 crore
One Janta flat in Shahpur Jat with a reserve price of approximately Rs 18 lakh
EHS flats in Dwarka, Ashok Nagar, Kondli, and Nasirpur, priced between Rs 26 lakh and Rs 55 lakh
Car and Scooter Parking Spaces
In addition to residential units, DDA is also auctioning car and scooter garages in Ashok Vihar, Mal Road, Rohini, and Pitampura.
Reserve prices range from Rs 3 lakh to Rs 42 lakh, depending on the location and type of parking.

E-Auction Schedule & Earnest Money Details
To participate in the e-auction, buyers must deposit Earnest Money (EMD) as follows:

◆Rs 15 lakh for HIG flats
◆Rs 4 lakh for car garages
