When Jitendra Gehlawat was just a year old, doctors delivered a heartbreaking verdict to his parents: “He’ll never be able to stand, let alone walk.” Born with cerebral palsy, a disorder affecting movement and posture, he had 80% disability. Despite his physical limitations, Jitendra refused to let his dreams remain out of reach. He set his sights on the UPSC Civil Services Examination, one of India’s toughest exams, to become an IAS officer. However, the journey was far from easy.
