A major case of illegal land sale has surfaced in Patwari village of Greater Noida, where alleged land mafia are accused of selling land that officially belongs to the Greater Noida Authority. The incident has reportedly caused financial losses worth crores of rupees to the authority.According to complaints filed by local residents, the disputed land falls under Khasra numbers 371, 374 and 377, covering nearly 40 bighas of land. Residents claim that the accused has been earning huge profits by selling authority land illegally.
