Haryana’s ambitious Global City project on the Dwarka Expressway is set to redefine the skyline of the National Capital Region, with plans to construct what could become India’s tallest building as its centerpiece.

However, the project remains in the planning stage, with the Request for Proposal (RFP) issued but no bidder finalised yet. Consultancy support for the project is also under consideration, and authorities emphasise that execution will proceed in a phased and structured manner.
