Residents of Paramount Emotion society are living in fear after a series of mysterious fire incidents targeted items kept outside flats in different towers. At least three such incidents have been reported within a short span, prompting serious security concerns.
The unusual nature of the incidents has left residents confused and anxious, with some even questioning whether the acts were intentional mischief or something more sinister.
Shoes, Cycles and Wall Décor Set on Fire
According to residents, unknown individuals set fire to shoes, children’s bicycles, and even wallpaper placed outside apartments in separate towers of the society.
●A week ago, in Tower G, shoes and wall décor outside a flat were set ablaze.
●Fresh incidents were later reported in Tower T and Tower E.
●In one case, a children’s bicycle parked outside a flat was burnt.
All incidents reportedly occurred during the evening hours.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported, but residents say the fires could have easily escalated into a major tragedy.
Third Incident in a Row Raises Alarm
This is the third such incident in the society, intensifying fears among families living in the high-rise complex.
Residents said many people keep footwear, bicycles, and small items outside their flats due to limited space inside apartments. These items appear to have been deliberately targeted.
The repeated nature of the incidents has sparked discussions within the society about possible motives. While some residents suspect mischief, others are worried about deeper safety lapses.

CCTV Footage Under Review
Complaints have been submitted to the society’s maintenance management. CCTV footage from nearby cameras is currently being examined to identify the person responsible.
However, as of now, no suspect has been identified.
Residents have demanded:
●Stronger monitoring inside towers
●Improved security patrols
●Immediate action against the culprit
●Security Under Question
The incidents have raised fresh questions about internal surveillance and fire safety preparedness in high-rise societies across Greater Noida West.
Residents say that even minor acts like this can turn into major fire hazards in residential buildings, putting hundreds of families at risk.
Authorities are expected to review the matter if the culprit is not traced soon.
