In a major infrastructure push for NCR, the Union Cabinet has approved the 11.56 km metro extension corridor from Noida Sector 142 to Botanical Garden. The elevated stretch will include 8 stations and significantly strengthen the Noida Metro network.
With this addition, Noida and Greater Noida will have a combined operational metro network of 61.62 km, enhancing last-mile connectivity and easing traffic congestion in high-density commercial and residential zones.
Direct Interchange with Delhi Metro
The extension will provide seamless connectivity to Delhi Metro’s Blue Line and Magenta Line at Botanical Garden, making daily commuting smoother for thousands of office-goers, students and residents.
This corridor is expected to serve:
Commercial hubs: Advant Business Park (Sector 142), Skymark One Mall (Sector 98), Mall of Noida (Sector 93)
Major IT & MNC offices: Microsoft (Sec 145), Infosys (Sec 132), TCS (Sec 157), Oracle (Sec 127), Adobe (Sec 132), Cognizant (Sec 135), Havells (Sec 126)
Educational institutions: Amity University (Sec 125), Panchsheel Balak Inter College (Sec 91), Mahamaya Balika Inter College (Sec 44)
Healthcare facilities: Max Super Specialty Hospital (Sec 128)
Tourist & recreational spots: Botanical Garden, Sector 93 Park
