Noida is widely regarded as one of Uttar Pradesh’s most prosperous cities. Often described as the state’s industrial capital and development showcase, the city is home to many high-net-worth individuals. While names of prominent business leaders frequently make headlines, Noida’s richest resident remains largely unknown to the public.

The richest man of Noida you may not recognise
With an estimated net worth of around ₹35,140 crore, the title of Noida’s richest person belongs to Aditya Khemka. Despite commanding enormous wealth and influence, his name rarely appears in popular discussions. Khemka is the founder and Managing Director of Aditya Infotech Limited, a Noida-based company that dominates India’s CCTV and video surveillance market.

The brand every Indian has seen
Aditya Khemka’s company operates the well-known brand CP Plus, whose cameras are installed across homes, offices, markets, airports, railway stations, and government buildings. The brand’s famous tagline — “Upar wala sab dekh raha hai” — first echoed from Noida before becoming a phrase recognised across India.

From distributor to industry pioneer
Aditya Khemka began his business journey in 1994 as a distributor of electronic brands. Around 2010, he made a strategic shift toward the surveillance camera business, recognising the future demand for security technology. This decision proved transformative. Under his leadership, Aditya Infotech rapidly expanded production, technology capabilities, and market reach.

A company built on scale and innovation
Today, Aditya Infotech manufactures nearly 82 lakh CCTV cameras every year and holds close to 25 percent market share in India’s surveillance sector. The company operates in more than 500 cities, supported by an extensive network of channel partners and service centres. Its product range has expanded beyond CCTV to include smart home cameras, Wi-Fi cameras, dashcams, and video analytics solutions.

Make in India at the core
While the company initially relied on imported products, its focus has gradually shifted toward local manufacturing and in-house research and development, aligning with the Make in India initiative. As surveillance cameras become a household necessity rather than a luxury, the company’s localised production strategy has strengthened its leadership position.

Education, experience, and recognition
Aditya Khemka is a graduate of Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Delhi University, and brings nearly three decades of experience in information technology and electronic surveillance. His father, Harishankar Khemka, serves as Chairman and Whole-Time Director of the company.
In recognition of his contribution to the industry, Khemka was honoured with the Pioneer in Surveillance Industry Award 2025 at the Viksit Delhi Summit and Awards.

A powerful presence, a low-profile life
Despite immense success, Aditya Khemka has maintained a low public profile. While his cameras watch over millions of lives daily, the man behind them continues to work quietly from Noida — proving that influence does not always seek the spotlight.
