In a major push to the real estate sector, the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority has approved 24 projects worth Rs 6,841 crore across the state. Leading the chart once again is Gautam Buddha Nagar, reinforcing its position as the state’s most attractive real estate destination.
Out of the total approvals, five major projects worth Rs 5,218 crore have been cleared in Gautam Buddha Nagar alone. These projects will bring nearly 3,000 new residential, commercial, and mixed-use units, further accelerating urban expansion in the region.

Officials highlighted that between January and March 2026 alone, 15 out of 60 approved projects were located in Gautam Buddha Nagar — the highest in the state.

Across 13 districts, the approved projects are expected to generate nearly 7,830 housing and commercial units, indicating widespread growth beyond NCR.

According to officials, the total value of approved projects in early 2026 has already crossed Rs 10,000 crore, reflecting sustained momentum in the sector.
UP RERA Chairman Sanjay Bhusreddy credited the surge to:
