Every year, lakhs of students in India prepare for highly competitive exams like NEET, JEE, UPSC, and CA. While many struggle for several attempts, only a rare few break records that inspire an entire generation. One such extraordinary achiever is Nandini Agrawal from Morena, Madhya Pradesh, who earned a place in the Guinness World Records as the youngest female Chartered Accountant in the world.
Nandini’s academic journey was remarkable from the beginning. She skipped two school grades, completing Class 10 at age 13 and Class 12 at 15. Inspired by a school visit from another Guinness record holder, she decided early on that she would aim for a goal that seemed unreachable to most — becoming the youngest CA.
But talent alone did not bring her success. Her path was filled with challenges. At just 16, when most students are preparing for board exams, she attempted to secure article training but faced rejection because of her age. Many companies were hesitant to accept someone so young. However, Nandini remained determined and continued to push forward.
Her perseverance paid off. She secured AIR 31 in CA Intermediate at age 16, followed by the milestone that changed everything — AIR 1 in the CA Final Examination at 19, scoring 614 out of 800 (76.75%), one of the highest recorded scores. This achievement earned her recognition first in the India Book of Records, and later in 2023, the Guinness World Records officially confirmed her as the world’s youngest female Chartered Accountant.

Today, Nandini has professional experience in statutory audits, tax audits, IFRS assignments, group reporting, and forensic audits through her work with PwC. Beyond her academic brilliance, her story stands as a message of possibility — that age, background, and obstacles need not define your future.
For thousands of students preparing for competitive exams, Nandini’s journey is a reminder that:
●Consistency matters
●Discipline matters
●And belief in your own potential matters the most
Her story continues to motivate young aspirants across the country to dream bigger and work harder.
