In a major boost to air connectivity in Uttar Pradesh, direct flight services from Prayagraj to the upcoming Jewar International Airport in Noida are set to begin soon. The Noida district administration has released the draft electoral roll following the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise, revealing that 4.47 lakh voters have been removed from the voter list across the city’s three विधानसभा constituencies. In a major crackdown on cyber fraud, the Noida Police have busted a fake call centre operating in Sector-63, arresting 13 accused who were allegedly running an organised insurance scam and cheating people across the country. The operation was carried out jointly by the Cyber Crime Police Station, Gautam Budh Nagar, and Noida Sector-63 Police, following specific intelligence inputs.
